Accreditation management software as a force multiplier

There is no doubt that the last two years have been challenging for the health and social services sector in Canada. The management of the accreditation process has been no exception. There is no doubt that the last two years have been challenging for the health and social services sector in Canada. The management of the accreditation process has been no exception. The COVID-19 pandemic has contributed to higher than usual turnover and staff shortages. The result is that many organizations have lost critical knowledge, data, and skills.

In general, accreditation activities rely on the use of multiple spreadsheets and other documents that often reside with one person or a small group of people. This makes tracking data and documents (current and historical) difficult. In turn, this creates a perpetually repeating accreditation management system that is difficult to manage, resource intensive, and costly to administer.

CLOUDSOFT and its partner ARMATURE recognize the risks that the current way of managing accreditation poses to health and social services organizations. That's why we have developed a solution designed to simplify things. Our goal is simple: to provide a world-class, integrated accreditation management solution that can help you manage all of your activities and processes much more effectively and efficiently, significantly reducing the time, effort and resources required.

Empower Your Staff

ARMATURE Fabric, our accreditation and certification management software, engages users in a single platform that is compatible with multiple accreditation standards, including Accreditation Canada. Tasks and processes can be assigned to staff members as appropriate, and productivity tools alert users to critical milestones and deadlines.

All accreditation activities are conducted within the software and several types of users can be assigned different levels of access based on their role in the process. These may include managers, staff, physicians, accreditation surveyors, accreditation inspectors and system administrators.

Consider the example of taking ownership of a standards chapter. A system administrator can assign tasks to different users (this will be preconfigured in the software). Each user is then prompted to complete their tasks and submit their results as part of the accreditation process. Because everything is in one place, it is easy to locate data and documentation, as well as know where each user is in the process.

Do more with less

By making it easier for your staff to manage all activities related to the accreditation process, you can improve productivity and save time and resources. You can also minimize the risk of losing key information by being able to save, access and retrieve data and documents in one place. In addition, by integrating ARMATURE Fabric with other software applications critical to your healthcare mission, you can streamline other processes and optimize data sharing.

ARMATURE Fabric is used by healthcare accreditation and certification providers in North America and around the world. We invite you to contact us to learn more and take a tour.
